OnTrack Focus is built by a solo developer. We collect only what's necessary to run the app. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
If you grant HealthKit permission, OnTrack Focus reads sleep, step count, and heart rate data to pre-fill your daily check-in. This data is processed on-device and stored only in your OnTrack account on our servers. We never share HealthKit data with third parties and never use it for advertising.
You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → OnTrack Focus.
When you request an AI insight, your recent check-in data (sleep, energy, wellbeing scores) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a personalised response. This data is processed transiently and not stored by Anthropic beyond their standard API data handling. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
Your data is stored on Supabase (supabase.com), a secure cloud database platform. Data is stored in US-based data centres with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Supabase's row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:
OnTrack Focus is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify users via the app where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
