Go to your Profile (top right on any tab) → Settings → scroll to the Data section → tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm twice before your account and all associated data is permanently removed.
Go to Profile → Settings → Data section → tap Reset My Stats. This clears your habit logs, check-ins, supplement logs and attendance records but keeps your account and groups intact.
If you signed up with Apple, use the "Sign in with Apple" button. If you used email and password, double-check for typos. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll sort it out.
When attendance is marked for a session you attended, your streak increases. Missing a session resets your streak. Group admins can mark attendance for all members from the session detail screen.
Go to your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → OnTrack Focus and make sure the relevant categories are enabled. Then return to the app and pull down to refresh on the check-in screen.
