Mates Challenge is operated by Matthew Blake ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Mates Challenge iOS app.

Information We Collect

• Email Address – used to create and authenticate your account via Sign in with Apple.
• Display Name – the name you choose to show to other users in leagues.
• User ID – a unique identifier assigned to your account for app functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the app — to authenticate you, display your name in leagues, and enable tipping features. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than operating the service.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the app. All your picks, league memberships, and personal data will be immediately and permanently removed.

Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We use Supabase as our backend provider solely to operate the service.

Children

Mates Challenge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
